Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! Please review the policy below before ordering:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order.

  • Eligible returns must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Made-to-Order Products
Many of our products are made-to-order (custom printed just for you), including drinkware, apparel, and personalized items. Because these are produced individually for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Non-Customized Products
Items such as non-customized jewelry, accessories, and select gifts may be returned or exchanged if unused, in original condition, and within the return window above.

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll replace or refund your order to make things right.
